Data controller

The operator of this platform is the controller of your personal data. Contact details are in the Contact section.

Data processed

Name, email, language preference, session data, product and model photos you upload, generated images, subscription and payment transaction records (excluding card data). Card data is processed only by iyzico.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (contract), billing (legal obligation), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Data is shared as needed with AI providers for image generation, iyzico for payments, and hosting/storage providers. Some providers may be located abroad.

Model training

Your uploaded photos are never used to train any model without your separate explicit consent.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Account Settings; your projects, images and models are removed from access and deleted. Billing records are kept anonymised for the legally required period.
